I firmly believe postpartum care should be affordable for all. I am happy to offer a sliding scale on a case by case basis, please reach out!
Overnight care ensures a restful night of sleep. All newborn care, family laundry, light meal prep, snack delivery, bringing baby or pump parts, throughout the night if desired, washing dishes, breastfeeding help, and emotional support are all included!
Daytime care allows me to step into your daily routine and offer relevant support and advice. I am able to provide education on feeding, swaddling, sleep techniques, breastfeeding, and so much more! Family laundry, heavier meal prep, baby care for appointments or errands, and washing dishes are all included.
The newborn stage is such a transformative time for the whole family! Sibling doula care offers specialized support and caretaking of older siblings. I will spend at least 60 minutes with your children before ~37 weeks pregnant to build rapport and trust. I will be on call support from 37-42 weeks, ready to step in when you go into labor. I will discuss the postpartum and newborn phase in an age appropriate way that diminishes anxiety and answers any questions your children may have! This service tailored to each individual family and child.
Babysitting Services
I do not typically have babysitting availability, but may be able to accommodate inquiries made far in advance. Babysitting rates begin at $28/hr.
